Dosac - the decentralized open startup accelerator - is a project to construct and establish a totally new startup accelerator program.
It's main attributes will be:
- Equity-free: Startups don't need to give shares.
- Result-based: dosac mentors strictly focus on the success of the startups.
- Result-based compensation: dosac and its mentors get a share of the revenue they help create.
- Open to anyone: Anyone can join as long as they find a mentor who wants to work with them.
- Non-profit: The accelerator as a whole - other than its mentors - has no intent to generate profits.
